Discover the Spirit of Agnel Darpan
At Fr. Agnel School, Gautam Nagar, we are more than just an educational institution. We are a community, a home away from home, where every student is nurtured with love, respect, and a sense of belonging. Our journey began in 1979, and since then, we have been dedicated to providing a holistic education that shapes not only the minds but also the hearts of our students.

Agnel Darpan’ is the mirror of our alma mater, Fr. Agnel School, Gautam Nagar. It is the place where we first encountered life outside our family, a place that became our home for several years and still remains close to our hearts. Here, we spent the best years of our lives, learning, growing, making friends, and weaving dreams.
Our guiding principle, “Love your neighbor as yourself,” is a challenging yet enriching way of life. It inspires hope and encourages us to look at the world with compassion and kindness. This philosophy is what sets us apart and remains the foundation of our education system.
We started in September 1979, in a small building at D-15, South Extension Part II, with just 14 students. Our growth was rapid and spectacular, moving to larger premises at C-85, South Extension, and then to our current campus in Gautam Nagar in April 1984. Each step in our journey has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a passion for education.
Moving to Gautam Nagar was a significant milestone. From humble barracks to a modern redbrick building with state-of-the-art amenities, our campus has been a haven for learning and growth. The Maitri Hall, our auditorium, and the beloved ‘Connecting Corridor’ have witnessed countless memories, dreams, and achievements.
Transforming Lives through Education
Our school has always been different. From offering free education to those in need to fostering a community spirit that transcends caste, creed, and economic status, we have always believed in the power of education to transform lives. Programs like PRERNA and VIDHYA ANKUR are living examples of our commitment to inclusivity and support for differently-abled and underprivileged children.
In 1998, we extended our mission by establishing Agnel Balbhavan in Greater Noida, a home for orphans and children affected by tragedy. This initiative reflects our belief in the power of small acts of courage and compassion to create a better world.
